Use the private tip form on the About page (no account needed), email theswordnoi@gmail.com with the organization, date, what was exposed and any files, or start the 7-day free trial and submit a report in the app. Every report is reviewed by a person before use. NOI is an independent investigator, not the police or a government agency.
